Ingredients

- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Add feta cheese, salt, and pepper; gently toss.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
