Description

A delicious and colorful zucchini terrine with a spicy kick from chorizo, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 courgettes
  • 100g chorizo
  • 3 œufs
  • 200g fromage frais
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbes de Provence

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze to remove excess water.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in a pan.
  4. Mix the zucchinis, diced chorizo, eggs, fromage frais, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool before unmolding and serving.

Notes

This terrine can be served warm or cold. Pair with a simple green salad for a light and flavorful meal. It also stores well for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
