- 3 courgettes
- 100g chorizo
- 3 œufs
- 200g fromage frais
- 1 oignon
- 1 gousse d’ail
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbes de Provence
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze to remove excess water.
- Chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in a pan.
- Mix the zucchinis, diced chorizo, eggs, fromage frais, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding and serving.
Notes
This terrine can be served warm or cold. Pair with a simple green salad for a light and flavorful meal. It also stores well for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
