- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 500 g mirabelles
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Wash and pit the mirabelles, then arrange them on the pastry.
- Whisk the egg with the sugar, crème fraîche, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Pour this mixture over the mirabelles.
- Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Serve the tart warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch.
