Description

A delicious and simple tart featuring sweet mirabelles and crispy puff pastry.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 500 g mirabelles
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and pit the mirabelles, then arrange them on the pastry.
  4. Whisk the egg with the sugar, crème fraîche, and vanilla in a bowl.
  5. Pour this mixture over the mirabelles.
  6. Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
  7. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

Serve the tart warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch.
