Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the flour, diced butter, sugar, egg, and salt in a large bowl until you achieve a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough in a tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Arrange the sliced apricots on the dough.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
