- 4 courgettes
- 100g de parmesan râpé
- 2 œufs
- 200g de farine
- 250ml de lait
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- Sel et poivre
- Huile d’olive
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grate the courgettes and squeeze them to remove excess water.
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the grated courgettes and parmesan.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Let cool before cutting into portions. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Ensure to squeeze out excess water from the courgettes for the best texture. You can also add mozzarella for a creamier texture.
