Description
Une salade légère et savoureuse alliant quinoa, petits pois et feta pour un repas équilibré.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup petits pois (green peas), frozen or fresh
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- Combine the quinoa and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add the petits pois in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Combine the cooked quinoa and peas with the crumbled feta, red onion, and mint in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Servez la salade fraîche ou à température ambiante. Elle peut s’accompagner de grillades ou être dégustée seule avec des feuilles de salade verte.
