Description
Savory mini croques perfect for apéritif, easy to make and great for sharing.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 100g ham (or chicken)
- 100g raclette cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 50g butter
- Your choice of spices (pepper, paprika, herbs, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of ham and some cheese on two of the slices.
- Close with the other slices of bread.
- Brush the top with more butter and add your spices.
- Arrange the mini croques on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into small squares.
Notes
Serve warm on a platter. They pair well with dips like mayo or ketchup and are great alongside olives and crunchy veggies.
