Ingredients

  • 200g Feta cheese
  • 5 sheets of Phyllo dough
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or oregano)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Crumble the feta into a bowl and add fresh herbs, pepper, and a bit of honey.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Place a small amount of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, brush them lightly with honey, and sprinkle with chili powder.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
