- 5 sheets of Phyllo dough
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Fresh herbs (like thyme or oregano)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Crumble the feta into a bowl and add fresh herbs, pepper, and a bit of honey.
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
- Place a small amount of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, brush them lightly with honey, and sprinkle with chili powder.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
