- 4 œufs
- 100 g de sucre
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 100 g de farine
- 20 cl de lait
- 20 cl de crème liquide
- 500 g d’abricots
- 2 bouchons d’amaretto
Instructions
- Remove the pits from the apricots, cut them into small pieces and place them at the bottom of a buttered and sugared baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix in a bowl the flour, eggs, salt, and sugars, then gradually add the milk, cream, and finally the amaretto until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes, remembering to sprinkle with crystal sugar 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Notes
This clafoutis can be served warm or cold. Enhance it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of fresh cream for extra creaminess.
