Description

  • 100g Olives vertes
  • 50ml Vinaigre

  • 30g Pignons de pin
  • Basilic frais

Instructions

  1. Cut the aubergines into cubes and let them drain with salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onions and celery until tender.

  5. Add sugar to balance the acidity.
