- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Spices of choice (cumin, paprika, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Brush the inside with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cut-side of the avocados on the grill and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and add spices to taste before serving.

Serve warm with a salad or as a side. Best enjoyed immediately.
