Ingredients
- Biscuits à la cuillère
- Strong coffee
- Mascarpone cheese
- Liquid cream
- Sugar
- Cherries
- Amaretto
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the cream and sugar until smooth.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, then lay them in the bottom of a dish.
- Add a layer of mascarpone cream.
- Spread the cherries and drizzle with Amaretto.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve the tiramisu 15 to 20 minutes before serving for a slightly softer texture. Decorate with fresh cherries, almond flakes, or a light dusting of unsweetened cocoa if you like contrast.
