Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 150 g grilled chicken
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 sliced jalapeño
  • Cheese (cheddar or other)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
  3. Add the grilled chicken, crispy bacon, jalapeño slices, and a handful of lettuce.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Cover with the other slice of bread.
  6. Cook in the pan until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Cut in half and serve hot.

Notes

Serve immediately while the cheese is still melted. Pair with a side salad or homemade fries. For a milder flavor, offer plain yogurt or ranch dressing.
