- 2 slices of bread
- 150 g grilled chicken
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 sliced jalapeño
- Cheese (cheddar or other)
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
- Add the grilled chicken, crispy bacon, jalapeño slices, and a handful of lettuce.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover with the other slice of bread.
- Cook in the pan until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve hot.
Notes
Serve immediately while the cheese is still melted. Pair with a side salad or homemade fries. For a milder flavor, offer plain yogurt or ranch dressing.
