Description

Delicious little sweets that are easy to prepare, perfect for sharing with friends or family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Butter
  • 2 cups of Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla
  • 1 cup of Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Incorporate the vanilla.
  5. Add the flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  9. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. Can be frozen if there are leftovers.
