Description

Delicious Moroccan crepes that are both crispy and soft, perfect for breakfast or with mint tea.


Ingredients

  • 250 g de semoule
  • 250 g de farine
  • 300 ml d’eau
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel
  • Huile (pour badigeonner et cuire)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the semoule, flour, and salt. Gradually add the water until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll each ball into a thin layer and brush with oil.
  5. Fold the dough to form a square or rectangle.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the Msemens until golden and crispy on both sides.
  7. Serve plain or with a topping of your choice.
