- 250 g de semoule
- 250 g de farine
- 300 ml d’eau
- 1 cuillère à café de sel
- Huile (pour badigeonner et cuire)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the semoule, flour, and salt. Gradually add the water until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll each ball into a thin layer and brush with oil.
- Fold the dough to form a square or rectangle.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the Msemens until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve plain or with a topping of your choice.
