Description

Delicious Moroccan pancakes that are crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 500 g de farine
  • 250 ml d’eau tiède
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
  • 150 g de beurre fondu
  • Farine pour saupoudrer

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add the warm water while kneading until a smooth dough is formed.
  3. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of an orange).
  5. Roll each ball into a thin layer and brush with melted butter.
  6. Fold the dough into several layers and heat a skillet.
  7. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve hot with salad or soup.
