Description

Ktipiti is a creamy and savory Greek dip, perfect for summer gatherings, featuring feta cheese and Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100g yogurt
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, chopped red bell pepper, and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, then blend again.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with pita or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Best served chilled, and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Mix before serving as it may firm up in the fridge.
