- 100g yogurt
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, chopped red bell pepper, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, then blend again.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with pita or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Best served chilled, and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Mix before serving as it may firm up in the fridge.
