- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100g crumbled feta cheese
- 100g fresh spinach
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat some oil and sauté the onion until golden. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in the feta and season with pepper.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.
- Place a portion of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each circle. Fold to seal the filling and crimp the edges.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each gozleme for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
