Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into fries.
  3. In a bowl, mix the apple fries with a little lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Drizzle olive oil to lightly coat the fries.
  5. Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness and adjust time if necessary.
