- 2 Apples (preferably Granny Smith)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel the apples and cut them into fries.
- In a bowl, mix the apple fries with a little lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle olive oil to lightly coat the fries.
- Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust time if necessary.
- Serve hot and enjoy the crispy apple fries!
Notes
Serve hot with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, caramel, or honey. A sprinkle of powdered sugar or an extra pinch of cinnamon just before serving adds a gourmet touch.
