- 100 g of fresh cream
- 50 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, then let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Add the fresh cream and then incorporate the melted chocolate. Mix gently to avoid deflating the mixture.
- Add the pinch of salt and stir once more.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Let it cool before unmolding.
