Ingredients

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of fresh cream
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, then let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes frothy.
  4. Add the fresh cream and then incorporate the melted chocolate. Mix gently to avoid deflating the mixture.
  5. Add the pinch of salt and stir once more.
  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before unmolding.
