Description

Delicious and crispy polenta triangles that are easy to prepare and loved by the whole family. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add salt.
  2. Stir in polenta and mix until it thickens.
  3. Add cheese and herbs to taste.
  4. Spread cooked polenta on a tray and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, cut into triangles.
  6. Heat oil in a pan or preheat your air fryer.
  7. Fry or air-cook the triangles until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For best results, let the polenta cool completely before cutting. Serve hot with tomato sauce, yogurt sauce, or pesto. Pairs well with green salad or grilled vegetables.
