Ingredients

- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water and add salt.
- Stir in polenta and mix until it thickens.
- Add cheese and herbs to taste.
- Spread cooked polenta on a tray and let it cool.
- Once cooled, cut into triangles.
- Heat oil in a pan or preheat your air fryer.
- Fry or air-cook the triangles until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, let the polenta cool completely before cutting. Serve hot with tomato sauce, yogurt sauce, or pesto. Pairs well with green salad or grilled vegetables.
