Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 50 g grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the potato wedges with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan and mix again until the potatoes are well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
