- 4 potatoes
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix the potato wedges with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the grated Parmesan and mix again until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
