Ingredients

- 2 avocados, ripe
- 150g cooked and peeled shrimp
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently fold in the shrimp.
- Wash the lettuce leaves and place them on a serving dish.
- Fill each leaf with the avocado and shrimp mixture.
- Chill before serving to enhance flavors.
Notes
Serve chilled and garnish with sweet paprika, chives, or chopped cilantro. Add a lemon wedge for extra acidity.
