Description

Des coupelles légères et rafraîchissantes à base d’avocat et de crevettes, idéales pour un apéritif ou un déjeuner léger.


Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 150g cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently fold in the shrimp.
  5. Wash the lettuce leaves and place them on a serving dish.
  6. Fill each leaf with the avocado and shrimp mixture.
  7. Chill before serving to enhance flavors.

Notes

Serve chilled and garnish with sweet paprika, chives, or chopped cilantro. Add a lemon wedge for extra acidity.
