Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g sugar
- 150g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Incorporate the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a light custard.
