- 3 eggs
- 100g crème fraîche
- 200g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp herbes de Provence
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and crème fraîche until smooth.
- Add the drained and flaked tuna, then mix.
- Incorporate the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cake is golden.
- Let cool before unmolding.
- Serve warm or cold.
Notes
For best results, ensure the tuna is well-drained to avoid a wet batter. Brush the top with a little cream or oil before baking for a golden crust.
