Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 200g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and crème fraîche until smooth.
  3. Add the drained and flaked tuna, then mix.
  4. Incorporate the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cake is golden.
  7. Let cool before unmolding.
  8. Serve warm or cold.

For best results, ensure the tuna is well-drained to avoid a wet batter. Brush the top with a little cream or oil before baking for a golden crust.
