Ingredients
- Ciabatta bread
- Ricotta
- Fresh strawberries
- Honey
- Fresh basil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the ciabatta bread into pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta with a bit of honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the ricotta on the toasted bread slices.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Add some fresh basil leaves on top and a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Serve immediately.
