Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 grams of chocolate
  • 125 grams of butter (or 5 tablespoons of softened butter)
  • 100 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease your cake pan and set aside.
  3. Sift together the flour and baking powder to blend well.
  4. In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate.
  6. Mix well with a whisk.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in the oven.
  8. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, depending on your oven. Always perform the knife test to ensure it’s done before removing.

Notes
