A deliciously simple and quick chocolate cake that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 200 grams of chocolate
- 125 grams of butter (or 5 tablespoons of softened butter)
- 100 grams of all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease your cake pan and set aside.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder to blend well.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, depending on your oven. Always perform the knife test to ensure it’s done before removing.
Notes
Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes before unmolding. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or berries to balance the chocolate flavor.
