Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the dough into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and place on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve hot right after frying. For best results, avoid overloading the frying pan to keep the oil temperature consistent.
